ckr4 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ckr4" refers to the online sports betting and casino platform operated at ckr4.io, including all associated services, products, features and mobile interfaces made available to registered users.
• "Platform" means the ckr4 website, any associated subdomains, and all software, applications and interfaces through which services are delivered to players.
• "Player" or "User" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ckr4 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all deposits, withdrawals, bets and gaming activity are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet tokens or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet the amount of a bonus before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Services" encompasses all sports betting markets, live betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, lottery, slots and any other gaming or wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency accepted on ckr4.

References to singular forms include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ckr4 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any sport-specific or game-specific rules.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ckr4. ckr4 reserves the right to enforce all provisions of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension or termination, where any breach is identified.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ckr4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ckr4 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts and automated agents may not register Accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You have not previously had an Account with ckr4 that was closed due to fraud, Terms violation or responsible gaming grounds.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are wagering only funds you can afford to lose.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ckr4. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate and current. ckr4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration, including government-issued identification and proof of address.

4 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party under any circumstances.

ckr4 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ckr4 that requests your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately and treated as fraudulent.

• You agree to notify ckr4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• ckr4 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, up to date at all times.
• ckr4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where unusual activity, suspected fraud, or Terms violations are identified, pending investigation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity review. ckr4 will attempt to contact you before taking any action on an inactive Account.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on ckr4 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ckr4 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions in any currency other than BDT.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. ckr4 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary; refer to the payments section of the Platform for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ckr4 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. ckr4 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request confirmation, subject to successful completion of any verification requirements.
• Deposits made to your Account must be used for genuine gaming activity. Deposits made without corresponding gaming activity may be subject to administrative review.
• ckr4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may apply their own charges. ckr4 bears no responsibility for third-party transaction fees.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ckr4 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, casino game or lottery draw. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific market or game.

General betting principles that apply across all sports markets on ckr4 include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ckr4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to your Account balance unless alternative settlement rules apply as stated in the relevant sport rules.
• ckr4 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly published in error due to technical fault, human error or data feed failure.
• In-play betting markets close at specific moments during the event as determined by the Platform. ckr4 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live play.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and are binding regardless of the odds or stake accepted.

Casino games, including live dealer tables, RNG slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and all other gaming products, are subject to their own game rules provided by the respective game provider. ckr4 does not control the outcome of games supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming, and accepts no liability for game outcomes beyond its obligations under these Terms.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ckr4 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which detail the eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and any game restrictions that apply.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the required number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within fourteen (14) days of being credited to your Account. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds themselves; only winnings generated from bonus fund wagering, once all wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.
• ckr4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus funds or associated winnings where abuse or breach of promotional terms is identified.
• Promotional offers are intended for individual personal use only. Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated play designed to extract promotional value without genuine gaming risk, is strictly prohibited.
• ckr4 reserves the right to limit or restrict bonus eligibility for any Account at its sole discretion where abuse patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckr4 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account, including under a different name, email address or payment method identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access Account features or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant or sports betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, corrupt play or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors or system bugs to place bets or extract value beyond what ckr4 intended to make available.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Abusing the customer support function with false claims, threats, harassment or repetitive bad-faith complaints designed to extract refunds or credits.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckr4 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, code, game interfaces, data feeds, odds compilations and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ckr4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ckr4.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckr4's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ckr4 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses of any nature.
• Service interruptions, downtime or errors caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers or mobile network operators.
• Loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses attributable to circumstances beyond ckr4's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks or telecommunications failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ckr4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ckr4 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and communicate with you regarding your Account and relevant promotions where you have opted in to marketing communications. ckr4 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services.

12 Responsible Gaming

ckr4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. ckr4 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players through the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and once active, the restriction cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ckr4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ckr4 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered players by email. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction. ckr4 is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, transparent and timely manner.

In the first instance, any dispute should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. ckr4 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) working days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the ckr4 support team, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution process. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are available on request from the support team.
